New Jersey has the highest property taxes in the country. Why? Because career politicians refuse to fix the
system — and instead offer election-year gimmicks like the ANCHOR program and the Homestead rebate.

Our Plan for Real Relief:

● Cap property taxes for senior homeowners at 4% of their personal income — giving seniors the dignity
and security they deserve.
● Require independent audits of all municipal and school budgets. Auditors will identify waste, political
patronage, and duplication of services — and municipalities that refuse to eliminate waste will lose state
aid.
● Create purchasing cooperatives. Towns and schools will buy goods and services together, getting bulk
discounts and saving taxpayers millions.
● Consolidate services. New Jersey doesn’t need 564 separate building departments, health offices,
libraries, and DPWs. We will encourage shared services to save money and stabilize taxes.

Enough gimmicks.

It's time for bold, honest solutions that bring real savings to the people who need them most — our families,
workers, and seniors.
